Thomas W. Fleming, 64, an orthodontist, died Thursday in the University of Chicago Hospitals. A resident of Olympia Fields, Mr. Fleming had a private orthodontist practice in nearby Homewood for many years. Survivors include his wife, Edith; a daughter, Susan Strzalkowski; two sons, William and James; a sister; and a grandson. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Tews Funeral Home, 18230 S. Dixie Highway, Homewood. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday in First Presbyterian Church, 17929 Gottschalk Ave., Homewood.
