Loretta M. Fridell, 79, of Des Plaines, died Saturday in Holy Family Medical Center, Des Plaines. Born in Braidwood, Ill., she was a homemaker who worked for 10 years at Arco Oil. She is survived by three sons, Bob, Tom and John; two daughters, Margaret Schneider and Kathy Whitaker; three brothers; one sister; and six grandchildren. Mass will be said at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1267 Everett Ave., Des Plaines.
