Daniel G. Farley, 84, of Harvard, died Saturday in his daughter’s home in Bolingbrook. He worked for Bowman Dairy in Chicago. After that, he became owner of Troy Cement in Chicago. Later, he was a supervisor for the Illinois Toll Highway Authority. He was a member of the Harvard Moose Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Helen; three sons, Gerald, Dennis and Brian; two daughters, Mary Jo Russell and Sheila Scacco; a brother; a sister; 21 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Saunders and McFarlin Funeral Home, 107 W. Sumner St., Harvard. Funeral mass will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 206 E. Front St., Harvard.
