Burton Miller, 59, a former resident of Aurora, died Thursday in Mercy Center Hospital in Aurora. In recent years, Mr. Miller lived in the LaSalle County towns of Sheridan and Earlville. He was employed by the Sheridan Sanitary District for several years. Survivors include his wife, Betty; two stepsons, Richard and Michael Schmeisser; three sisters; and three grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Larson-Gabel Funeral Home Ltd., 335 W. Church St., Sheridan.
