Gerald P. Pearson has been named chief executive officer of Provena Health, a new seven-hospital system being formed through the merger of Franciscan Sisters Health Care Corp., ServantCor and Mercy Center for Health Care Services. Pearson is currently CEO of the Franciscan Sisters system. Joseph Feth, who heads ServantCor, will become Provena’s president and chief operating officer.
