Sue Wiltse, 78, an 18-year resident of Naperville who most recently lived in Florida, was an avid golfer and volunteer at her country club. She died Wednesday of cancer in her home in Brooksville, Fla. A native of Chicago’s Southwest Side, Mrs. Wiltse dropped out of Lindblom High School to help support her family during the Depression (the school name as published has been corrected in this text). She lived in the city for 44 years, until moving to Naperville with her family. She is survived by her husband, Frank; a daughter, Carol Nyman; a son, James; one sister; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. Monday until the funeral service at 8 p.m. in Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Rd., Mt. Prospect.
