Anicom Inc. acquired Zack Electronics Inc.’s Zack-Datacom unit for $4.7 million in cash and stock. Anicom said the purchase price consisted of $1.5 million in cash and $3.2 million in stock. Rosemont-based Anicom, which had sales of $116 million last year, said the transaction will broaden its reach in the California market. Zack-Datacom, which provides voice and data services, had sales of about $10 million in 1996, Anicom said.
