GENERAL BINDING WILL BUY IBICO

Northbrook-based General Binding Corp. reached a definitive agreement to acquire Ibico AG, a Zurich maker and marketer of document binding and laminating products. Financial terms were withheld. General Binding said Ibico’s worldwide 1997 revenues will be about $110 million.
