Prudential Burnet Realty, a chain of 27 Chicago-area residential real estate offices based in Des Plaines, said chief executive officer Lyle Williamson is stepping down. Williamson, who had owned a predecessor company since 1990, sold it in 1995 to Burnet Financial Group of Edina, Minn., but stayed on as chief executive. Prudential Burnet President Doug Ayers will take over the job.
