Steven W. Bradford, 37, a resident of Carpentersville for 12 years, died Sunday in Sherman Hospital in Elgin. Born in Redwood City, Calif., Mr. Bradford was employed for 12 years at Northrop Grumman in Rolling Meadows, where he was an electronics technician. He was an accomplished artist and musician. Survivors include his wife, Penny; three daughters, Elizabeth, Emily and Eva; his parents, David and Ersel Bradford; his grandfather, Walter Bradford; and a sister. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Miller Funeral Home, 504 W. Main St., West Dundee. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
