Ruth Wilkinson, 74, of McHenry, died Saturday in Northern Illinois Medical Center in McHenry. A resident of McHenry since 1972, she formerly resided in Northern Ireland and Chicago. She was a member of First Baptist Church in McHenry. She is survived by a son, John; two grandchildren; and a sister. A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the First Baptist Church, 509 N. Front Street (Illinois Highway 31), McHenry.
