William “Bill” Rhoades, 90, of Woodstock, died Tuesday in Memorial Medical Center in Woodstock. A retired tool and die maker at Woodstock Die Casting, he was a life member and past exalted ruler of Woodstock’s Elk’s Lodge No. 1043. He also was named Elk of the Year in 1961-62. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth “Ish”; a brother; two sisters; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service at noon on Friday at Schneider-Leucht-Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, 1211 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock.
