Mildred Butler, 94, a homemaker and longtime resident of Chicago and Evanston, died Wednesday at Imperial Grove Convalescent Center in Chicago. Mrs. Butler volunteered for many years at the St. Vincent DePaul Center. Survivors include a daughter, Bernadette Bloomfield; a sister; a brother; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday, followed by mass, in Old St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 718 W. Adams St., Chicago.
