Grace Kass, 67, died Tuesday in her home in El Lago, Texas. Mrs. Kass was born in St. Louis and was a resident of the Chicago area, including Mt. Prospect, for more than 20 years. Her husband, Robert Kass, had served as pastor of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Mt. Prospect for many years. In addition to her husband, survivors include two daughters, Monica Rogers and Rebecca Kass Gray; her son, Stephen; a sister; three brothers; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Rd., Mt. Prospect. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in St. John’s Lutheran Church, 1100 Linnemann Rd., Mt. Prospect.
