Wayne R. Hoeft, 64, a former police sergeant with the Westchester Police Department, died Thursday in La Grange Hospital in La Grange. He also was a veteran of the Korean War. He lived in La Grange. He is survived by one daughter, Barbara Goworowski; three sons, Martin Lord, Brian Lord and Robert Lord; three grandchildren; two sisters; and one brother. Visitation will be at 8:30 a.m. Monday in Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 S. York Rd. in Elmhurst. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the funeral home. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in Immaculate Conception Church, 134 W. Arthur St. in Elmhurst.
