John LaBianco, 84, of Villa Park, a former maintenance man at Harris Trust and Savings in downtown Chicago, died Sunday at Good Samaritan Hospital, Downers Grove. A native of Chicago who grew up on the Near West Side, Mr. LaBianco was employed at Harris Trust for 17 years and worked a variety of other positions throughout his life, according to his daughter-in-law Rosemary LaBianco. His survivors include his wife, Elma, to whom he was married for more than 60 years; his sons, Guy and Christ; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park. Services will begin there Wednesday with a 9:30 a.m. prayer service and continue with a 10 a.m. mass at St. Alexander Catholic Church, 300 S. Cornell Ave., Villa Park.
