William C. Kunstmann, 76, formerly of Chicago and Elk Grove Village, died Oct. 5 in his home in San Marcos, Calif. Mr. Kunstmann served in the Army during World War II. He had been an employee of the U.S. Postal Service in Elk Grove Village. He resided in Elk Grove Village from 1969 until he moved to San Marcos in 1992. Survivors include his wife, Ellie; a son, John; and four brothers. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Christus Victor Lutheran Church, 1045 S. Arlington Heights Road, Elk Grove Village.
