Wallace Computer Services Inc. of Lisle obtained antitrust clearance for its proposed $435 million acquisition of Graphic Industries Inc. of Atlanta. Wallace Computer said its tender offer for the stock of Graphic Industries is scheduled to expire at midnight Friday.
