Belgravia Group has added eight three-bedroom layouts to its selection at Fulton Station, a new-construction condominium and townhouse development in Chicago.
Priced from $263,900 to $284,900, the three-bedroom homes have 2 1/2 baths and 1,758 square feet. There will be two units in each of the four condominium buildings.
The floor plan features a master bedroom with two walk-in closets and a private bath with double vanity, and separate shower and tub. Each unit will also have a private balcony accessed from the living/dining area.
Plans for Fulton Station call for 172 new-construction condominiums and 24 townhouses priced from about $159,900 to $397,900.

– Concord Mills, a single-family-home community in Palatine, is approaching closeout with 11 homes remaining for sale.
The four available floor plans offer three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths priced from $275,990 to $314,990. The designs range from 2,273 to 2,937 square feet.
The floor plans feature nine-foot, volume and two-story ceilings; combined living and dining rooms; kitchen with island and breakfast area; informal family room opening to the kitchen; basement; library or den; laundry room; and two- to three-car attached garage.

– Sales are under way on the final 33 single-family home lots at Gleneagle Farm in Carpentersville, a community planned for 322 homes. Some of the remaining lots back up to Kane County Forest Preserve.
The two-story floor plans at Gleneagle Farm range from 1,417 to 2,236 square feet and are priced from $141,990 to $181,490. They feature three or four bedrooms, one to three baths, a basement and two-car garage.

– Strafford Woods in Sugar Grove, a semi-custom community of 40 single-family homes, has one spec home for sale.
The 4,300-square-foot home built by Integrity Construction is priced at $659,000 and offers a two-acre wooded lot adjacent to a natural pond. It is constructed of stone and cedar with stone piers supporting timber columns.

– Pulte Home Corp. has opened two models at The Coves of Harbor Springs, a townhouse neighborhood at Harbor Springs in west suburban Aurora.
Part of a master-planned community that also includes single-family homes, The Coves of Harbor Springs will include 185 townhouses priced from $99,990 to $119,990.
Five townhouse floor plans are offered, ranging from 1,197 to 1,462 square feet with two or three bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths, formal dining rooms, kitchens with breakfast nooks, volume ceilings and finished or unfinished basements.
The models include the three-story Catalina plan with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths within its 1,376 square feet. The basement may be finished for an additional 202 square feet.
