Phyllis Volanti, 60, a homemaker, died Thursday at her home in Inverness. A native of Chicago, she is survived by her husband, Joseph; three daughters, Deborah Szymanski, Donna Ziegenhorn and Angell; six grandchildren; and two sisters. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Highway, Palatine. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 N. Ela St., Barrington.
