Edward T. Kolis, 78, of Wood Dale died Monday in Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Elk Grove Village. Mr. Kolis, a World War II Army veteran, was a retired purchasing agent for Masonite Co., Bellwood. Survivors include his wife, Rose; four sons, Kevin, Conrad, Joseph Lombardi and Anthony Lombardi; three sisters; two brothers; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in the Oaks Funeral Home, 1201 E. Irving Park Rd., Itasca, followed by a mass at 10 a.m. in St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 524 N. Rush St., Itasca.
