Phyllis K. Wegner, 83, of Woodstock, died Wednesday in the Valley Hi Nursing Home in Woodstock. She was a founding member of the Woodstock Clothing Closet, a resale shop. Mrs. Wegner was a member of St Mary Catholic Church in Woodstock, where she was a past president of the Mariola Club and Legion of Mary Club. She is survived by a daughter, Catherine Brink; a sister; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, in Schneider-Leucht-Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, 1211 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary Catholic Church, 312 Lincoln Ave., Woodstock.
