U.S. presidents were big this month, and books by and about them filled bookstore shelves. Just released were The Years of Lyndon Johnson by Robert A. Caro, Keeping Faith by Jimmy Carter and Leaders by Richard Nixon. Carter’s book was the only one to land on the local and national best sellers lists.
