Willard A. Phebus, 81, of Lombard died Thursday in Lexington Health Care Center, Lombard. Mr. Phebus lived in Lombard for more than 56 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Estelle; a son, William; and three grandchildren. Services were held Monday.
