Phillip M. Woznick, 58, a North Side native and longtime resident of the Roscoe Village neighborhood, died Tuesday in his home. A graduate of Lane Tech High School, Mr. Woznick was semi-retired from his job as a maintenance worker. He is survived by his wife, Gloria; a daughter, Sandra Baldree; a son, Phillip Jr.; two sisters; a brother; and six grandchildren. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 3546 N. Paulina St.
