Chicago-based Prime Group Realty Trust said it completed purchase of three suburban Chicago office properties and a distribution center in Indiana for a combined price of $41.4 million. The acquisitions are the eight-building Salt Creek Office Center in Schaumburg; a two-story office building at 280 Shuman Blvd. in Naperville; a six-building office complex on Enterprise Drive in Westchester, and a distribution facility on 31 acres on Superior Avenue in Munster.
