Cecelia K. Foley, 67, a retired Chicago public school teacher who spent most of her career at Armour School, died Monday at the University of Chicago Hospitals. She worked throughout the district as an educator for 42 years, much of that time with 5th graders. She was forced to retire from teaching two years ago after losing her sight through illness. Survivors include a daughter, Mary; two sons, Thomas Jr. and John; three sisters; and a brother. Family and friends will gather at 9:45 a.m. Saturday in Andrew J. McGann & Sons Funeral Home, 10727 S. Pulaski Rd. Mass will be said at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Queen of Martyrs Catholic Church, 10233 S. Central Park Ave., Evergreen Park.
