Hazel Lucille Small, 72, a Naperville homemaker, died Wednesday in Meadowbrook Manor, Naperville. Mrs. Small was born in Byrdstown, Tenn., and had lived in Naperville for more 10 years. She was an active member of the community’s senior center. Survivors include her daughters, Darlene Stucky and Rita Shepherd; four grandchildren; two brothers; and four sisters. A funeral service will be held Monday in Indianapolis.
