Carl G. Meyer, 61, of Crystal Lake, who served in the U.S. Signal Corps, died Saturday at his home. He was employed in the medical electronics and communications industry, working at Radiocom in Johnsburg for the last 10 years. He was a member of the First Congregational Church of Crystal Lake and a past member of the Crystal Lake Lions Club. He is survived by his wife, Deanna “Dee”; a son, Jerald; a daughter, Jill; and a grandson. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the First Congregational Church, 461 Pierson St., Crystal Lake.
