Wayne A. Huyvaert, 44, of Wood Dale, a self-employed plumber, died Sunday in Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Elk Grove Village. Mr. Huyvaert was born in Chicago. Survivors include his wife, Betty; a son, Justin; a daughter, Melissa; his mother, Lenore; and two sisters. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in The Oaks Funeral Home, 1201 E. Irving Park, Itasca.
