Virginia A. DeCarlo, 79, a Willowbrook housewife, died Monday in Hinsdale Hospital. She was born in Streator. She is survived by her husband, Joseph; a daughter, Jeannine Musial; a son, Joseph; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Mass will be said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 701 Plainfield Rd., Darien.
