Mary E. Hanson, 87, formerly of Aurora, died Nov. 26 in Tucson, Ariz., where she lived with relatives. Mrs. Hanson was a member of the Federation of Musicians Local 181. She was an accomplished pianist and organist. She taught music and played professionally for many years in the Aurora and Chicago area. Survivors include two daughters, Lorraine Daneau and Joyce Luttrell; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the Dieterle Memoral Home, 1120 S. Broadway Rd., Aurora.
