Congratulations on your articles on Mayor Richard Daley and the questionable actions of a number of City Council members. It seems to me that part of the solution would be a reduction in the size of the council from 50 to 25 members.
If the national news media, including the Tribune, had devoted as much time to the investigation of the Clinton-Gore administration and their questionable activities as you did to the local activity, I believe we would have a much more honest and accountable government in Washington.
