Robert J. “Jerry” Maxwell, 68, a retired bricklayer, died Thursday in his Glen Ellyn home. He was a member of Local 56 of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen. Mr. Maxwell served with the U.S. Air Force in the Korean War. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Rose; a daughter, Jan Levan; two sons, Jay and Jon; two brothers; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St., Roselle.
