The 1st and 2nd graders of Grand Prairie School will have a holiday program with a multicultural theme at the school this week.
Carols from a number of nations, including “Silent Night” in the German version, “The Twelve Days of Christmas” from Great Britain and “Feliz Navidad” from Mexico, will be included in the program, along with a Hannukah song from Israel.
Decorations, songs, flags and traditional foods will be part of the celebration. Student narrators will tell the audience about several countries.
