Seven two-story floor plans include three to five bedrooms and two-car garages. They range from 2,020 to 4,000 square feet, with lots ranging from 6,400 to about 12,000 square feet.
The remaining 2,300-square-foot Augusta model has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and master suite with sitting room. It is priced at $254,000.

– Reservations are being taken on the first phase of 31 townhouses and nine loft condominiums at Borden Dairy Commons, a new gated development planned for 55 units on the site of the former Borden’s Dairy Co. at 2800 N. Talman Ave., Chicago.

– Concord Homes opened sales of 50 homes in the second phase of Ogden Pointe, an Aurora townhouse community.
Priced from $124,490 to $131,490, the Hanbury and Claridge models range from 1,300 to 1,600 square feet and offer up to five bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Each home has 11 floor-plan variations.
The standard two-story Claridge includes a combines living and dining room, kitchen with breakfast area and unility room on the main floor. It also has a basement.
