Timothy J. O’Toole, 36, a longtime resident of Chicago and a salesman for Edy’s Grand Ice Cream in Glendale Heights, died Wednesday in Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood from complications following a bone marrow transplant. Born in Chicago, Mr. O’Toole grew up in the Edgewater Glen neighborhood, where he met his future wife, Susan. In addition to his wife, survivors include two sons, Ryan and James; his mother, Mary Lou; a brother; and a sister. A memorial mass will be said at 7 p.m. Saturday in St. Gertrude Church, 1420 W. Granville Ave., Chicago.
