Helen D. Dolasinski, 77, of Crystal Lake died Monday in Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Kipp; a son, Mark; and a granddaughter. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Flagg Funeral Home, 2 N. Williams St., Crystal Lake, and services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.
