Gloria Shegog, 62, of Bolingbrook, died Saturday in Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove. Born in Tyler, Texas, Mrs. Shegog was a schoolteacher at Peabody School in Chicago for 20 years. Survivors include her husband, Henry; a son, Shawn; four daughters, Cheryl Kelly, Henrietta Turner, Jocelyn Wilson and Barbara; a brother; a sister; and 13 grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in New Hope Baptist Church, 509 E. Briarcliff Rd., Bolingbrook. Services will follow at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the church.
