Comic actor Chris Farley, 32, who spent four seasons on “Saturday Night Live” and later starred in several movies, was found dead Thursday afternoon in a Chicago apartment. His death was confirmed by Chicago police spokesman Dennis Bingham. Farley’s film credits included “Tommy Boy,” Beverly Hills Ninja,” and “Black Sheep.” The cause of death was not immediately known. As a teenager, he idolized John Belushi, who also died young, in 1982, after years of drugs, overeating and other excesses. Farley was also known for his outrageous appetites. “Although I love this kind of comedy, sometimes I feel trapped by always having to be the most outrageous guy in the room,” Farley said in 1996. “In particular, I’m working on trying not to be that guy in my private life.”
