Avis Helen Loback, 81, a homemaker, died Thursday in Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Lee Boroczk; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Beverly Ridge Funeral Home, 10415 S. Kedzie Ave., Chicago. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 9701 S. Brandt Ave., Oak Lawn.
