– A new display model has opened at The Reserve of the Wheatlands, a semi-custom single-family home community in west suburban Aurora.
The Versailles I, a 2,750-square-foot design built by Summit Development, has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a full basement, study, two-story foyer, and a master bedroom suite. It is priced at $250,900, including lot.

– Kipling Development Corp. is offering $11,450 of upgrades free on its Billingham spec home, which is available for immediate delivery, at Fox Bend of Shorewood.

– Montalbano Homes has opened a new phase of 48 homes at the Townhomes at Willow Creek in West Chicago.
Four floor plans range from 1,447 to 1,676 square feet and are priced from $127,990 to $141,990. They include two to three bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths, basements, and attached two-car garages.
