Iowa 82, Southern Miss. 58: Ricky Davis scored 16 points to lead the No. 15 Hawkeyes (9-1) into the championship game of the San Juan Shootout. They face St. Bonaventure for the title Tuesday night. Kelly McCarty scored 14 points to lead Southern Mississippi (7-2).
Loyola 76, Puerto Rico-Mayaguez 55: Damien McSwine and Javan Goodman each scored 18 points, leading Loyola to victory in a second-round game of the Christmas San Juan Shootout. Leading 24-23 with 2:15 left in the first half, Loyola (5-4) took advantage of five consecutive turnovers by Mayaguez (1-11) for a 10-0 run.
Stanford 95, Santa Barbara 62: David Moseley scored a career-high 20 points and Ryan Mendez 18 for the Cardinal (8-0). B.J. Bunton paced Santa Barbara (2-6) with a career-high 20 points.
UCLA 81, Boise St. 75: Kris Johnson and J.R. Henderson scored 22 points each for No. 9 UCLA (7-1), which trailed by five midway through the second half. Boise is 6-3.
Mississippi 74, Louisville 70: In Louisville, Keith Carter scored eight of his 18 points during a 10-0 run at the start of the second half as the Rebels (8-1) won the first meeting between the schools. Louisville (3-6) got 17 points from Cameron Murray.
Maryland 110, N.C.-Ashville 52: Sarunas Jasikevicius scored six of his 17 points in a 21-0 first-half run for the No. 20 Terps (6-3), who dropped Ashville to 5-5. Maryland (6-3) extended its non-conference home winning streak to 57 games.
Clemson 65, Charleston Southern 42: The No. 21 Tigers (8-3) won at home behind Greg Buckner’s 16 points. Charleston Southern, which last year made the NCAA tournament, is 1-10.
Rhode Island 85, Ohio U. 72: Tyson Wheeler scored 25 of his game-high 29 points in the second half for No. 22 Rhode Island (6-1) in Providence. Jim Peterson led the Bobcats (2-7) with 18 points.
W. Virginia 55, Va. Tech 52: Damian Owens blocked Eddie Lucas’ three-point try with :03 left as No. 23 West Virginia (10-1) won at Virginia Tech (5-3).
Indiana 65, San Francisco 52: A.J. Guyton scored 17 points for the Hoosiers in the first Pete Newell Classic in Oakland. Hakeem Ward’s 22 points led San Francisco, which, like Indiana, is 7-3.
Ohio St. 63, Chattanooga 54: Michael Redd scored 11 of his 21 points in the second half as the host Buckeyes (7-3) overcame an eight-point deficit. The Mocs (4-6) hit two of their last 13 shots.
Minnesota 100, Sacramento St. 56: Sam Jacobson scored 21 points for the host Gophers (6-4), who dropped Sacramento to 1-9.
Seton Hall 69, Colgate 64: Levell Sanders’ 24 points led Seton Hall (5-5) past Colgate (3-4). The Red Raiders boarded a bus for East Rutherford, N.J., immediately after the funeral of coach Jack Bruen.

Duke 65, Maryland 48: Peppi Browne had 17 points and seven rebounds and No. 23 Duke survived 26 turnovers at home. Both teams are 7-3, 1-1 ACC.
NIU 70, Stetson 64: In DeLand, Fla., Kelly Sue Miller’s 19 points helped NIU (1-6) win its first game.
UIC 62, Chicago St. 47: Jackie Gray scored 16 points and keyed a 14-6 second-half run for the Flames (4-6). Latonia Cantrell’s 12 points led the Cougars (1-7).
