Robert A. Bell, 70, of Wheaton, an office manager for a steel forge company, died Friday in his home. Mr. Bell lived in Wheaton for 40 years. Survivors include his wife, Patricia; a son, Edward; a daughter, Cynthia; three grandchildren; and a sister. Services were held Tuesday in Wheaton.
