BF Goodrich Co. said it completed the purchase of C.H. Patrick & Co. Inc. from Triarc Cos. for $72 million in cash. Patrick, located near Greenville, S.C., produces dyes, chemical additives and durable press resins forthe textile industry. Goodrich, of Richfield, Ohio, is a leading supplier of synthetic thickeners for textile printing and acrylic emulsions and compounds for textile coating and flock applications.
