– Chic Martin Signature Homes has opened a semi-custom model home at Ivanhoe Estates, a golf course community planned for 84 homes in north suburban Ivanhoe.
The McKenzie is a 4,407-square-foot home priced at $730,000, including a half-acre landscaped lot with underground sprinkler system.
The exterior of the home is brick and stucco/plaster with wood shingles, copper flashing and a rear patio. – Royal Hill in northwest suburban Algonquin is approaching closeout with four models and seven inventory homes remaining for sale.
