Smykal Associates is offering a $10,000 discount on the 60 homes in its third phase at the Fields of Bradford community in southwest suburban Bolingbrook.

– Chic Martin Signature Homes has opened a semi-custom model home at Ivanhoe Estates, a golf course community planned for 84 homes in north suburban Ivanhoe.
The McKenzie is a 4,407-square-foot home priced at $730,000, including a half-acre landscaped lot with underground sprinkler system.
The exterior of the home is brick and stucco/plaster with wood shingles, copper flashing and a rear patio. – Residential Homes of America opened sales at Devon Square, their new Lincolnwood community of eight townhouses at 3800 W. Devon Ave. in the northern suburb.

– Royal Hill in northwest suburban Algonquin is approaching closeout with four models and seven inventory homes remaining for sale.
One of the models for sale is the two-story Cambridge, priced at $199,900, with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a basement and a two-car garage.
