John R. Linsner, 73, a retired animal nutritionist and longtime Palatine resident, died Sunday in Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. Mr. Linsner worked at International Mineral and Chemical Co. in Mundelein until his retirement in 1986. Survivors include his wife, Florence; two sons, Steven and Matthew; two daughters, Jean Linsner and Eve Watts; a brother; a sister; and eight grandchildren. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 1152 E. Anderson Drive, Palatine.
