Warren William Schmidt, 53, of Streamwood, died Dec. 22 in Columbia Hoffman Estates Medical Center in Hoffman Estates. Mr. Schmidt worked in the insurance business. Survivors include his wife, Katie; two sons, William. E. and Jason M. Schmidt; three daughters, Staci Freberg, Amanda and Kimberly; a sister; and a grandson. Services will be private.
