Susan Henricks, president and chief executive of Metromail Corp., has resigned, effective Friday, to pursue “a senior position elsewhere,” the Lombard-based database marketing company said. Her duties will be permanently assumed by Metromail Chairman Barton Faber, a former R.R. Donnelley executive who led Metromail’s 1996 spinoff from the Chicago printing firm.
