I would like to thank Bob Greene for his continuing coverage regarding the unbelievable and tragic child abuse case in Brillion, Wis.
I am quite certain the young, brave and courageous 11-year-old boy who reported the crimes doesn’t understand the status and readership of the Chicago Tribune. Nor does he know who Bob Greene is.
Bob Greene has covered and worked with some of the greatest personalities in the world. And yet he said that this little boy from rural Wisconsin–who believed his younger sister and brother were treated unfairly by their parents–is his first hero, “now and for always.”
I hope the young man understands the status he has with Bob Greene. To Mr. Greene, from a reader: I’m sure glad to see you.
